What my degree in IPE didn't teach me about baking, DIY, fitness, and life…
It’s been a good week over here at Doctorate Housewife. Hubby and I had fun celebrating the 4th of July and on top of that, we got to enjoy almost a full week of summer-like weather. Now the forecast calls for rain, rain, and more rain – perfect for getting to my list of small DIY house projects. Hope you have happy sunny weather where you are, but if not, here are some fun treats perfect for cheering up a rainy day. Enjoy =)
Cookie Pie: A surprisingly healthy decadent treat
Peanut Butter S’mores Ice Cream Topping: Something fun for both National Ice Cream Month and Independence Day, or really any time you fancy some ice cream =p
Fourth of July Sliders: Everything’s fun in mini
Brownie Batter Frozen Yoghurt (Chocolate Covered Katie): Brownie batter has been all the rage lately. Since it’s Ice Cream Month, here’s a fun and healthy way to enjoy it.
Cookie Dough Fondue (Crazy for Crust): This is a dream come true. Normally I’m a cheese and chocolate fondue girl, but for this I’m more than willing to make an exception!!!!
Oreo Fudge Bars (Stephanie Cooks): This looks both easy and delicious – a winning combination in my book =)
