    this is a very easy challenge – during holidays, because of all the food around me, I tend to eat a lot less!!!

    I’m trying to eat healthily this month and failed epically by eating a ton fudge today…grr. Onwards with the fruit and vegetables!

      Yummy fudge… at least tomorrow is a brand new day. They say it takes (on avg) 7 attempts to stop smoking. I’d say that can be applied to loads of habits, including healthy eating. So just keep starting! =)

    I presume the theory works as I’ve failed miserably cutting sugar out of my every day eating although today I ate really healthily despite eating a tiny bit of cake but I figure tomorrow will be a sugar free day! (Am reducing sugar intake gradually).
